Also, since you put your User files on your data drive, it must be a good idea - so I'll want to do that too. I guess it's time for me to get going on this project. Not familiar with W7 Sandbox. That Win 7 installation is huge. Over 230GB used.
Windows 10 sandbox (?) is virtually empty.
No EFI partition, so assume legacy.
Could I get updated, real quick, on what the mission is? I've been fighting other alligators, and not really following here. Help if I can, but not sure where we're going. Sorry.
He has 2 SSDs a 1TB with a dual boot and a 500GB for data. We want to do a clean install of Windows 10, but we do not want it to be a part of a dual boot. I want to give him time to set it up and keep his current OS to use while he is doing it. Like you, I don't know what a 'sandbox' is in this case. But, I would think if he just copied the data on the 500 GB drive to an external drive, wiped the 500 GB drive and installed to a say, 100 GB partition, then made the rest a data partition and moved his data back, it would work as long as we disconnected the 1 TB drive during the install. Just my idea for simplicity.
What he had originally wanted to do was delete the Win 7 Partition on the 1 TB drive and install there. But that would be a dual boot and he would have issues breaking his current dual boot. Once the new install is set up, I believe he was going to delete all the other operating systems from the 1 TB drive. I am sure he will correct me if I am wrong. Do you have any better ideas?

And get it on a thumb or DVD. If he doesn't know how to USB boot on that Dell M6800, need to find out how.
These usually are time consuming road blocks.
Can the "7" partitions (OS and supporting) be identified? They could be MR'd to that data drive. Wipe the 1TB clean and drag/drop the MR'd partitions back to the 1TB, in order.
