Convert Windows 7 and Windows8 keys to Windows 10 without installation

I have multiple Windows 7 and Windows 8 license keys for existing laptops and purchased keys from the past. I want to take advantage of the free upgrade to Windows 10.

Since the deadline for the free upgrade is only until July 29, 2016, I don't have enough time to upgrade all my PCs to Windows 10. In addition, couple of my Windows 8 keys are not installed on any PC, and are sitting unused.

Is there any way I can convert my Windows 7 and Windows 8 keys to Windows 10 without having to actually install Windows 10 on a PC? This there any conversion process or activation process without installing it on a PC?

It is not possible, there is no way to convert keys you have to Windows 10 product key.

Even if it were possible to convert the keys, it wouldn't help you. Using a qualified, valid Windows 7 or 8.1 product key to activate Windows 10 is only possible until Friday 29th (actually the free upgrade offer ends on Saturday 10 AM UTC):

It means that Windows 10 must be installed and activated before the deadline. Regarding Windows 10 activation, qualifying valid Windows 7 and 8.1 product keys become useless after that. They can still activate Windows 7 and 8.1 respectively but not Windows 10.

This really is extremely simple: you want free Windows 10, you have to install and activate it before the deadline. If you do it later your keys from previous versions of Windows are useless regarding Windows 10, you have to buy one instead.

It's not possible to convert them to Windows 10 keys. Devices upgraded to Windows 10 via the free upgrade get Digital Entitlements for Windows 10 for that device. The Product Code you get via the Free upgrade is a generic code that is useless without a Digital Entitlement. You don't get a new unique key via the free upgrade. To get your Digital Entitlement you will have to upgrade from, or install with, your Windows 7, 8/8.1 keys before the free upgrade offer ends. Even then, the Digital Entitlement is for the device (hardware), its not tied to the key used to upgrade the device. You had a whole year to do it, why did you wait till now, when its almost over to do it?
