BTW, if it makes you feel any better, I have 4 500GB Samsung SSDs in this machine, so I am very much aware of the problems you are having telling which drive you are dealing with.

Good to see your avatar again simrick. Essenbe has tried hard with me. Been a tough day but I learned a lot (I hope.) I'm thankful to you both. To paraphrase Essenbe, "I know a whole lot, its just getting harder to remember it all, all at the same time."
Here's what I see. I missed the opening screen in "add remove programs" when I did screen dumps to Word so you can only see it in the background in the last image

Should I say yes. I do not want to dig a bigger hole.
The 194 MB at the bottom seems small for all the stuff on my thumb drive.
I hope this makes sense to someone.

First download the free version of CCleaner (CCleaner - PC Optimization and Cleaning - Free Download) When you have it installed, click tools and it will show a list of all the programs. Highlight the Executive program and click uninstall.
If that doesn't work, run the control panel uninstaller again and say yes to that error.

Where did G drive come from? Is that one of the drives you have disconnected? If so, did you install that program to G and that's why it's looking for it there?Last edited by simrick; 28 Jul 2016 at 23:51.
