Can I uninstall insider preview version of Windows 10

I have 'Insider Preview Build 14295.rs1_release.160318-1628' is it possible to install the current production version of Windows 10 Pro instead of this and not lose any of my programs / apps / data etc?

Hello Mick, and welcome to Ten Forums. :)

If you are set to receive Insider builds in the fast ring, then you could just check for updates in Windows Update to install the latest build without losing anything.

I've just stopped receiving the latest builds automatically, the last update caused my email client eM Client to stop working altogether and the previous one (that is currently installed) caused both of my Dymo label / stamp printers to stop working. That's why I'd just like to return to the regular version of Windows 10.

Unfortunately, it will take a clean install to return to the non-Insider production builds.

You can get the latest ISO below.
