Well unless you choose the wrong iso from Windows, then I have no more ideas. besides a clean install. Those logs show that you have partitions problems. So I am out of ideas.

Let me recap so far:
sfc /scannow completed with "no integrity violations found"
CHKDSK completed without error
Secure Boot is off
Update fails at 100%
SSD has GPT layout?
Was this system originally upgraded from W7/W8?
It appears to me that Windows is failing on the recovery step - IOW, it fails to make the "go-back".
Is your data backed up? Do you have all install media and keys for paid programs? Have you made a Macrium image, so the system can be returned to its current state, while we try to resolve this?
Please post a screenshot of your disk layout. Mike is right - something is wrong with it.
