    Do you have the hard drive set up as boot device in bios?

    What's not working? The 2nd link is only for diskpart commands - not installation, just to be clear.

    Put the Win 10 iso on the Recovery USB
    using Minitool to create the partition (not sure how it handles GPT, if so - no need to set active, just FAT32 is fine)
    open the iso with 7-zip and copy the files to the new partition
    reboot removing the USB before restart

    Theoretically that should work...
