What does showkey plus show for product keys? Click on the product keys to blank them out before posting the results, if you post results:

Is the a Certificate of Authenticity sticker on the computer anywhere that has a Windows 7 Product Key printed on it?

If you have a Win 7 COA sticker with a readable key you can do a clean install of Win 7.
Here is an example of a COA sticker

Here are a couple of tutorials for doing a clean install:
Clean Install Windows 7 - Windows 7 Help Forums
Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7 - Windows 7 Help Forums

Take your time and read through the tutorials so you understand what you need to do.

You can download a Win 7 ISO from here:

It sounds like you just need the proper audio drivers installed, plus whatever program you normally use to edit photos. Should be simple solutions.
