Windows Boot Manager in BIOS boots only at Boot position 1

I need to put the Windows OS, that means Windows Boot Manager in BIOS at Boot option 2, but in this case it does not boot.
I need to put at boot position 1 PXE boot and if that fails boot from Boot option 2 (Windows). How could I do that?
    My motherboard is Gigabyte GA-Z97P-D3.

    Thank you!

    I hope I haven't misunderstood your question.
All motherboards have a boot priority list.
It will check all sources according to that list until it reaches a source that has a functional operating system or atleast a trace of an operating system boot file.

PXE boot is a network boot, so it will search your network for a server that contains an operating system and will boot that.
Windows should be installed into your hard drive and should usually be your first priority boot device.

However, since you have asked how to change this, simply go to the motherboard BIOS.
The keys vary from manufacturer to manufacturer, but a quick google search should help you. Common ones include F10, Del, Fn+F2.

Before the system has a chance to to boot, press the appropriate buttons repeatedly until you get access to the BIOS. Here you can navigate using your arrow keys on th keyboard to something a tab called something like along the lines of 'boot'.

Then navigate down and find boot order. The onscreen instruction will tell you which controls to use to change the order and move items up and down. Once you are satisfied, you may exit with saving changes and after reboot, the order you specified will be followed.

    Cheers!

According to the manual: To access the BIOS Setup program, press the <Delete> key during the POST when the power is turned on.

The information you want is covered on pages 25 - 27 in the manual which is here: GIGABYTE - Motherboard - Socket 1150 - GA-Z97P-D3 (rev. 1.0)

But - if Windows fast startup is enabled, in order to get to the POST during power on the user must either hold down SHIFT key when they click shutdown from the Windows 10 power icon to override fast startup or click the restart option from the Windows 10 power option.
