    Are you using Internet Explorer in Windows 10?

    This is a current screenshot in IE in W10 on my system.

    Could be a regional thing then since you are both in Canada, but I'm not sure why Canada would be excluded.

    One has to ask, why would you get an upgrade now option, if your already running the most recent version of Windows 10?
