Reset this computer

So Im trying to reboot my windows 10 laptop and i can get to this screen just fine but whenever I click get started nothing happens. So I tried doing it another way to see if I could get a message telling me what was wrong and a message saying: "The instruction at 0x00007FFFE01D2BA6 referenced memory at 0x0000048BBB9ED9D8. The memory could not be read" Also I have tried doing the shift restart keys that also doesnt work If you need anymore information to help me just ask. Any help is needed, Thanks in advance

I already tried this and when I click on Reset this pc it just restarts my computer, it doesnt go any farther than reset my pc
