    Installation Config. Messed up.

Coming up to four times, first time update installed from win 8.1 Pro 64 to Win ten V15 everything went good - opened a wrong email possible virus saw wrong so tried (may be the start of the prob. just do not know) 2nd reinstall to beat the vir/Malwarre from there been having configuration Install problems only because I keep thinking it a virus but my Vir/Malware person says the Config. is messed up 3rd V1511 time was a instal with the (Media Creation Tool) still Config. probs. 4th. time Engineer asked me to do a Clean instal I did from USB were from the (Media Creation Tool) I burnt to USB stick still config. messed up I have been giving my maleware/Vir people a hard time that I have vir/Maleware but Engineer keeps coming back saying it looks as though my Windows 10 V1511 configuration is messed up even after a clean reinstall he has said it looks as my configuration is messed up so I am looking for help? This is the second time my Vir/Maleware bloke is checking for problems and after or before using FRST he still suspects my config. is messed up been having prob. such as Log In to my Microsoft at log in account asking for second verification but verification not working having to restart machine to relog in properly. Files going missing because I suspect synching problems between computer and external JBod so disconnected it, all internal drives have been disconnected till I get Win 10 reconfig. properly OS.
SO any Help would be greatly helpful. Also I hope my question for help is comprehensible even to me it is even getting confusing to keep track of what and were prob's. are actually happening.
I'll update if the Maleware/Vir bloke comes back from FRST on second try of Vir/Maleware prob. is a prob. or config. prob. Ahh this is like merry go round that never stops longer it goes the deeper involving is twisting my intestines.
That is the short of it?
I do not want to go into the prob's, I had at the first cofig. mess up because it took Microsoft to say one prob. was not supported by them and the other two could only be fixed by reinstall and couple others and this all through Microsoft and ending up awaiting first level tech's. to run through there check list then the second level tech'.
All up I have gone through a good few week's and a few day's working out what is and possibly my mind is straight.

First, what do you mean by configuration is messed up? That could mean hundreds of different things.

Second, when you do a clean install, are you booting from the USB, selecting the custom install option, deleting all the partitions on the hard drive you are installing to and then installing to the blank, unallocated space?

"[QUOTE=NavyLCDR;597828]First it is not I that is saying it is my Malewarebytes engineer who is looking after finding any maleware on my computer. After his first read with the tool FRST 64 he on his reply "it seems your Operating Systems Configuration is messd up and to get in contact with Windows 10 Forums for help in installing Windows 10."
" I'll ask him for clarrification and get back to you."

" I am still working with him and it seems something is going on as we have moved passed FRST 64 to Kaspersky KVRT and on to mbar -1.09.3.. and he in his email "there will be more to do"

If you made the USB from an ISO file downloaded from Microsoft and you did a custom install, deleted all partitions and installed to the unallocated space, then it is 99.99% impossible for you to have malware/virus after that. Sounds like this "technician" is messing with you. I'll bet he's charging you for this "service"?

"I have purchased the program "Malewarbytes Antimalware Home (Premium)" and "no he is not charging me" He is a engineer from the "Malewarbytes" site, so I expect his statement about my Config. being messed up is misleading and that we await his reply in his next email for a clarification on the statement "yes""

[what I meant by “Windows 10 configuration being messed up”
is that the solid integrity of the install of Windows 10 is in doubt.
That you should consider some options to do some sort of action for Windows 10. like some sort of repair
or at the worst case either a Windows Refresh or maybe otherwise, a Windows Reset.
I hope this is more helpful?]

[ I am sorry I am anxiouse about getting the system up and running properly what do you need to find the problem or see the problem the log of FRST from which I think the Tech found the problem or do you have a tool to download to copy save the log of the system scan?

[Data integrity 100% and my chess game will not reset, I wish I could send a snapshot to you to show my integrity these small probs. keep returning like I had to reinstall Sticky Password because it would not accept password to open it, what can damage the OS integrity in a week that I need to refresh or reset the OS?]
[ This is a symptom of the integrity problem I think?]
