When I used the creation tool yesterday it let you choose any options but warned if the version wasn't the same you would need to enter a product key, and actually I did succeed in making an 'N' version (I thought at the time I must have an N version since I'm in the UK!) so I'm guessing I'll have to make a new one haha!

I have a new problem however, on boot up it states 'del' for bios setup and 'F11' for boot menu, but my keyboard doesn't activate until the login screen (the 'num' light on it stays off until then) and so obviously nothing I type registers. I disabled MSI fast boot, so I don't understand why it's happening?

I have to wait to make another boot media, but I read holding shift and restarting will work since I'm pretty sure I have a UEFI motherboard. Can anyone tell me if I do? MSI Z97 PC MATE ATX LGA1150 Motherboard

I've read it then restarts to a blue screen, but I'm not sure how to get to 'use a device' from there so I can boot from usb?

Well I found that msi fast boot has a button that takes me to BIOS so that's sorted. If I use the creation tool to make a 'bootable USB', do the files have to remain in the root of the USB or can I put them all in a folder?

Also can I move them to a different usb and have it still work or do I have to do it from scratch if on another USB?
