Exactly the same issues, exactly the same steps tried, and exactly the same results. WIn10 Pro 64bit. And I dont have 3 days of my evenings to spend reinstalling Win10, then gathering and reinstalling and setting up (the really time consuming part) all my apps.
This has me pretty angry at Microsoft because they have been utterly useless, and seem to not acknowledge that a stock install onto a bare hard drive of their software has failed miserably to behave properly, leaving me no option but to wast a ton of my time working round their bug. Kudos to those of you with the patience here. I've been on the phone with MS and ended up slamming it down.
