    There are several ways to do it, but see if this helps https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/3...dows-10-a.html It is a permissions issue, it sounds like.

    Ok I tried all the suggestions in the thread to no avail. Nothing would work... Finally I just wiped the drive, reformatted and copied a backup of my folders on e drive and all's good now. I however have no Idea of what the permission was. To advanced for my knowledge.
