Windows 10 plus Windows 7 dilemma.

I have Windows 10 installed on a M.2 SSD. I have two other SSD's in Raid 0 which are used for gaming. There is also a 2TB sata drive for storage plus another SSD i use only for Linux. There is no dual boot as i installed Grub onto the SSD drive with Linux installed. I just boot into Linux via the F8 key at post and selecting the linux disk. Windows 10 boots normally when i power on the system.

Now what i would like to do and hence my question, is to install Windows 7 onto my Linux SSD but with the same boot configuration, ie boot into Windows 7 via the F8 key at post, not a dual boot config. I am not sure this is even possible but if so, grateful for and help in achieving this.

    Thanks in advance..:):)

Easiest way is just to disconnect every drive but the SSD you want to install Windows 7 to, then do a clean install of Windows 7 to it. After it is installed and booting, then reconnect all the other drives.

You can just pull the power plugs from the other drives so you don't mix up the sata ports they were connected to when you reconnect.
