    My impression was it is talking about the B/T which Win 10 installs as part of the OS.

    The driver will not install unless there is a hardware right? Or maybe I am wrong. I will check my Win 10 later if I have a bluetooth installed. :)

    Hmm, I think your right. My lappy had B/T installed from the factory.
    So when you install the OS it must look for the installed hardware, then installs the drivers for what it detects.

    I will put myself in timeout for being wrong.
