Windows 10 or Framework 4.5.2

I'm trying to upgrade to Windows 10 Pro and after every attempt I receive messages of a failure during the
Framework 4.5.2
What's the relation between them?

I noticed your question had not been answered. I have not experienced this but can make a suggestion. It would seem that an update to Microsoft .Net Framework 4.5.2 is being attempted as part of the W10 upgrade and it fails at this point.

You could try doing the upgrade to .NET Framework 4.5.2 ahead of the W10 upgrade. Use this link to download the file:

Once it is done then try the W10 upgrade again.
