Windows 10 Clean install: There was a problem while resetting your PC

    Hi there,
I've been having some troubles with my laptop recently. I seems that my home WIFI router has been hacked and now I've some serious trouble.
I tried to do a system restore, but that failed with the message "there was a problem resetting your pc no changes were made".
Now I created a recovery disc (I found no large enough USB stick) and I booted from the disc in order to do a clean install.
However, I get this light blue screen (approx. halfway the process) that says "There was a problem while resetting your PC" and I only get the option "Cancel".
So it turns out this does not work also. Big trouble... ?
Any idea how I can reset my pc?
    Thanks in advance,
    David

    Welcome to TenForums DVanAcker.

For truly clean install, you would delete ALL partitions during the setup of the install. Did you select Custom Installation and delete all partitions? Not that you necessarily need to, but did you have a look at Brink's tutorial on clean install? It's here: https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/1...n-install.html
