That does of course suppose your download is undamaged...
However I do get the same SHA-1 as you do. Unfortunately it's not the same as any of the ones on the page @Superfly posted.

I verified my download. I installed my download. I ran the installed system. You do, of course, have the option to ignore it and install any ISO you wish. Your choice. I answered your original question. That's all I can do.

The downloader is working off the Tech Bench site while the number Superfly posted were from the MS TechNet page. The Tech Bench has been seeing the dual Home/Pro 32bit iso and the Home/Pro x64 iso while the TechNet as well as MSDN will be seeing either the single edition iso or the 4 in 1 combination. Plus some 3rd party downloader will likely see it's own number depending on how that calculates things.

Hmmm... seems the MSDN iso's were updated with cumulative updates to 15/12, whilst the Techbench one's remained 15/11. Sorry about that, been a while since I used Techbench.

Then my post #6 remains valid.

Yup, in fact I got it wrong way round.
The Techbench ISO I have dated 13 Nov 2015 has the 250f8ff043ceb395f95cee6120efc323f69e7f8d hash as on MSDN. So Techbench was updated then.

The Tech Bench page was likely still seeing the 10586 Threshold 2 while the MSDN was carrying the 14251 builds. That would be why you would have run into the discrepancy. The two sites MSDN and TechNet are generally the first to see each new arrival. Announcing Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 14251 | Windows Experience Blog
