In the screenshot, I have circled the reason why I feel the need to do a Clean Install. But, if it's not a good idea then I will not do it. But, how do I get my usage back down to normal?
Do you want to clean install 7 ?

I assume by "usage" you mean the amount of disk space that is being used. I suggest 2 things:

    1. run this program and post the resulting picture --> https://windirstat.info/

    2. Run the command below in an elevated command prompt and tell me what it says under "Allocated" and Maximum"

    vssadmin list shadowstorage

If it's not a good idea, then no. But, I am afraid I won't have any space on my hard drive for Windows 10 from looking at that screenshot and what I circled.

You just need to get rid of some of the garbage on there. You have over 200 GB taken up out of 282, that`s alot of stuff.

If you clean install windows, all your data and programs will be gone.

A 320 GB hard drive is only 298 in windows, and you have another partition taking up space. (recovery)

Post a shot of disk management when you get back.

Buy an external hard drive while you`re out LOL

Hey, is it okay if we all get our '2 cents' in to help Jesse out, or is someone gonna go solo with this one? What do you want Jesse?

    Help him what ?

    He`s done.

One more thing Jesse, when you create a VM for windows, by default it makes up a 60 GB hard drive, I`m not sure if that stays in affect all the time.

    Wolfgang might know for sure.

So that`s 60 GB right there.
