A couple of possible causes. I'm not familiar with unbootin and what format USB flash drive it creates, but it's possible the flash drive is in the wrong format. A standard Windows 10 USB flash drive should be formatted as FAT32 and have the partition marked as active. You don't need any third party programs to create a bootable WIndows 10 USB flash drive. The commands in diskpart (run from a command prompt with admin privileges) are:

    diskpart
    list disk
sel disk # <-replace # with the actual drive number for the USB flash drive
clean <- this will erase the drive selected above, make sure you selected the USB flash drive!
    convert mbr
    create part pri
    format fs=fat32 quick
    assign
    active
    exit
    exit

Then mount the Windows 10 ISO file. Windows 8/8.1 and Windows 10 will mount ISO files in file explorer. Windows 7 requires a program such as WinCDEmu:
WinCDEmu - the easiest way to mount an ISO. And more...

Then copy all the files and folders from the mounted ISO file to the USB flash drive. You now have a flash drive that is bootable in under both legacy BIOS (or CSM) and UEFI.

Also, that little Asus Transformer computer may have a BIOS that is locked at 32 bits. If you have a flash drive with only 64-bit Windows on it, that might be the problem too.
