    No problem installing 10586

We're all just left wondering WHY 10586 it was pulled...

For now I would suggest holding off on 10586 - until we know a little more about then issue..

So if I understand correct, Microsoft pulled the 1511_10586 version due to possible problems with that .ISO?

    Cheers

    Hi guys,

    Attachment 49708

I'm very confused with the reading of the Media Creation Tool! On the 19th I downloaded both the 32 bits and 64 bits Windows 10 Pro 1511 10586 .ISO's (Dutch & English). Why is the language of this tool US-UK?

    Dutch Windows 10 Pro 1511 10586 .ISO

    Attachment 49717

    English Windows 10 Pro 1511 10586 .ISO
    Attachment 49716

Does the 10240 mean you downloaded a previous (older) release of Windows 10 Pro?

    Cheers

BTW: if I can be of any assistance, providing links to my OneDrive for the .ISO's just PM me!
Great that you have the Windows 10 Home 32 bit -1511 Iso, but I can't pm you until I have 5 posts. I will do that first.

Microsoft hasn’t removed Windows 10 Threshold 2 completely from its servers but actually pulled the plug on the Media Creation Tool that allows users to download the official ISOs.

And yet, while the Media Creation Tool is no longer displayed on the Windows 10 download page, the links are up and running. This means that you can still download the Media Creation Tool and create a bootable USB stick with Windows 10 Threshold 2 just like before.

The TH2 ISO's are still available on my Microsoft source (Pro and Enterprise), Home is not available for business users from this location anyway so it's being missing means nothing. I would therefore assume that if there is a fault causing the withdrawal of the MCT then it would be a problem with the MCT or the delivery system that is to blame

No that isn't correct, when you download that Media Creation Tool and make a bootable ISO you don't get the 1511 version, but the 10240 version.
    I am still searching for the Windows 10 Home - 64 bit - Dutch - 1511 ISO.

Johanna, that is a direct link for download of MediaCreationTool.exe and it's properties details shows version 10.0.10586.0 - Nederlands is one of the language choices - that link gave me build 10586.0 ISO Sunday morning and word is it still does so.
