    Windows upgrade failed 0x80070570 0x200C

I'm trying to update my windows 10 10240 to the th2 10586 it did't install at all. on windows update it always show failed.
i try to download the ISO from microsoft and mount it. at 18% it closed and show "Something Happened and "windows 10 instalation has failed". Windows upgrade failed 0x80070570 0x200C-screenshot-18-.png
i try extract it and istall it directly. at copying data it reverted to 10240 at 10% or 45%, after the restart it showed "0x80070570 0x200C" and ""the installation failed in the SAFE_OS phase with an error during APPLY_IMAGE operation"Windows upgrade failed 0x80070570 0x200C-screenshot-19-.png
. I even tried redownloading the ISO. Same Result. Does someone know how to fix it? any help would be apprciated.
    Thanks

    Hi,

The installation media is damaged somehow.
Basically it's a memory related error but don't let that fool you, it encompasses all kinds of memory including its own source of installation.

Try downloading the upgrade from MS Tech bench here:

    https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/soft...load/techbench

Keep in mind "English International" actually means UK English, English means US English.

If I download the Windows 10 option from MS Tech Bench, what settings do I use in Control Panel / Region / Admin? I'm currently set to use English (United Kingdom). I've seen some reports that the installation can fail if this is not set correctly.

I'll try this option but I'm not entirely confident since I have already separately downloaded a USB installation drive & ISO file using the Media Creation Tool and both failed at the same point.

    Hi,

You should download the upgrade version that corresponds to what you're running currently.
However, unless you already downloaded the ISO, MS decided to pull the updates so you'd be downloading version 10240 again.
