SOLVED: ... plethora of issues with 64-bit TP bootable-USB

Okay so I'm running the OS/build my profile says I'm running.

I installed it fine on my 32-bit laptop.

Trying to get the 64-bit version onto another desktop computer. Not happening.

Trying to make the bootable USB of a 64-bit OS in 32-bit TP gives the famous bootsect issue we've seen around the forums a bit. Going through the command line seemed to get me a little further than the Win7 USB/DVD download tool did, especially since I learnt that from Win8 onward we have native image-mounting (I skipped from 7 to TP personally). Buuut... I get the issue then that I've included a screenshot of. What am I doing wrong?

I have a theory of a solution: The 64-bit system I want to dual-boot it on as well is running Win8.1 --- Is there any reason I can't put the ISO on there, mount it, then do an advanced startup and boot the mounted image? Does windows release the mounted drives when you reset the computer?

    edit.
I was able to avoid this issue altogether by burning the ISO to a DVD, changing the BIOS on the Windows8 machine to check for DVDs first, then installed it to unallocated space that way. The machine is now running Windows 8.1 and WindowsTP in dual-boot.

You do not need the bootsect.exe command and I would format the drive as FAT32.

    Oh okay. Interesting.
I have been able to avoid this issue as mentioned in my edited OP.
