Use Macrium you have installed to create rescue media, either CD or flash drive.
Remove the old drive, install the new drive.
Boot the rescue disc or flash drive. That way you get Windows Operating System out of the way.
Restore the backup image to the new drive.
Remove the rescue media then reboot.
System should boot right up without problems.
