Dual boot XP on top of Windows 10

Yes it is a long procedure that's why is preferable to install older OS first and newer second. But I have done it many times (install XP after Vista or newer) so don't worry.

Do I have to worry about finding XP drivers for my hardware ? as this could be difficult

With VMware you can install their tools and it will enable higher resolutions and full screen display. Will be just like the real thing!
