The problem may be in VMWare configuration for Windows 10. It is not yet officially supported as a client and that causes some issues.
This article shows how to install Windows 10 on VMWare workstation but it should be similar for other versions:

Edit: From what I understand CPU Nx support isn't necessary in VMWare but performance will be better if it is present. Your CPU supports this feature but it must be enabled in the BIOS. In my case it was not. I believe virtualization support is necessary to install a 64 bit OS.
