    Fresh install windows 8.1 error 0x80300024


    I recently got windows 10 and didn't like it so I decided to go back to win8.1 with my win8.1 64 disk but the wizard shows me the error 0x80300024 when I try clicking next on my primary partition. I erased the drive on another windows drive like I would a usb flash drive so it only has 1 partition. I guess it formatted the drive incorrectly and I just need to know how to get it in a state where the install wizard can complete without any errors. It is an ssd so I haven't tried anything apart from disk management on another windows drive.
