Deleted G to unallocated and tried to install 10532 to it and got Windows can't be installed on this drive. That is on Basic MBR
Will now change to GPT and try again......will report soon

How does it go if you delete G to leave it as "unallocated" space, then try to install Windows 10 on it using Legacy BIOS (not UEFI)?
Thanks Brink...Did what you said and all hell broke loose. Got a bit late last night here in Aussie Land so I had to stop
So changed the disk to GPT and on trying to install windows got: cannot be installed to this disk, The selected disk is of the GPT partition style. ????. MBR rejected and GPT rejected. I think I have tested you patience enough and may have to give up on this. Should I reformat the lot and start fresh?

Personally, I would format and start over. I think it will end up being faster for you.

You cannot install Windows onto a logical partition (Vista and later).

Those two partitions with the green boarder are logical partitions.

MBR has 4 entries possible for partitions. In your case, the MBR partition table looks like this.

    [ System Reserve ]
    [ C: ]
    [ <Extended> ]
    [ F: ]

Within that extended partition, is where those two partitions E:, and G: exist. Microsoft stopped allowing you to install Windows on a logical partiton after XP.

Since you have a UEFI capable computer, convert your disk to the GPT style instead of MBR. You can do this without formatting your hard drive*.

Minitool Partition Wizard Free Edition can convert your partition table, for free, and without data-loss.

Once you have a GPT style disk, boot your install media in UEFI mode and install your system.

    * You will have to convert your system reserve partiton to an ESP (EFI System Partition) manually. You will also have to either convert, or recreate your BCD.

Well as you have suggested I deleted and reformatted thelot.
Then I installed Windows 10240 from an ISO I created andalso created two more partitions for data and another OS (all I GPT disk)
I booted from UEFI and installed Windows 10532 as a dualboot on the new E:\ drive and I now have a dual boot of windows 10 Pro to dowhat I like and Windows 10532 Insiderbuild to allow Microsoft what they want to do to see what happens with newupdates.
I could not have done it without your suggestions and helpfrom the windows 10 Forum
I am 74 years young and proud to be able to follow yourinstructions. Hopefully there won’t be any more requests but if I need it I amsure to count on windows 10 Forum
Thank you Brink and also Hydranix
