Hello, I'm having exactly same problem.
    Windows 10 Error code 0xc1900101-0x30018-errorw10.png
I'm updating from W8.1. I already tried unplugging the wifi antenna and all peripherals i have( It's a desktop PC). All same result. I don't want to do a clean install (I'm lazy).

I have no clue of what other device might be interfering.

I hope we all find the solution.

I got this error message. Then I disabled virus software and it installed fine. It's possible, though, that I just didn't give the setup routine enuf time to do its thing, as it takes a long time, and sometimes looks on the screen like nothing is happening.

I was also stuck at 32 and 6. I turned off all virus and firewall and Dropbox and weather and Flickr and it worked!

I am having the same issues on my Windows 8.1 tablet although my error is 0xc1900101 - 0x3001a (an a instead of the 8!), I am just trying the same thing as I type this. I have turned off the firewall, windows defender and I have disabled the bluetooth. I have also told it not to save or remember anything from the current install to see if that helps. I will also let you know if I have any joy.

    Cheers

Tried it again with firewall & antivirus disabled and everything but monitor, mouse and keyboard unplugged.
Still the same error at the 32%/6% point. If i feel like it (getting pretty frustrated) I will backup my files and apps/settings and will try to upgrade without keeping files and settings. Why offer this option if it does not work Microsoft?

uninstall all your drivers and leave them to windows defaults and try again. It seems to be a driver error.
