Windows Media Creation tool from Microsoft will help. Just choose upgrade this pc and select 64 bit when asked in next screen.

Make sure your System Fulfills the requirements for 64 bit and Take Backup First.

Reinstall using 64 bit media, I don`t think there`s any way to upgrade from 32 bit to 64 with 10.

Someone correct me if I`m wrong.

If you can, well that`s amazing :)

Won't work that way. The "Upgrade this PC now" option will not allow him to select which version of Windows 10 to upgrade to. Also it is impossible to upgrade 32bit to 64bit. It has to be done with a clean install, losing everything previously saved in the process (on that partition, anyway). He can use the 32bit Media Creation Tool to download an ISO and/or make a DVD or USB of 64bit Windows 10 Home and use that to do a clean 64bit install with.

You have always had to do a clean install to go from 32 to 64 bit. Once again, if there`s something new in Windows 10 that`s lets you do it, by all means, let us know.
