    Windows cannot install required files.

I have a Acer Aspire which is bought 5 years back.It was running windows 7 ultimate x64 and has 2 gb ram and 500 gb hdd and intel pentium.Three monts back, there was an unexpected shutdown and when started it again,it shows an error and says that
1.Try installing media using usb stick or dvd and
2.Go to the language preferences and select any language and press next
3.And click on repair your computer
I tried doing that and it says that contact your device administrator
Finally,i tried installing windows 10 pro which was download from Windows 10 and there was a slow progress in"Getting files ready for installation 1%,2%,3%............"and at 33% it showed an error that "Windows cannot install required file.Make sure all files required for installation are available, and restart the installation.Error code: 0x8007045D". I burned the iso through "isotousb" software.

plz help me in any way......thx in advance

Hello Bhuvan and welcome to the forum :)

Do you have the Win7 installation media?
Are you able to do a clean install of Win7 Ultimate x64?

Edit: And have you backed up all your important files, documents, photos, music, videos etc etc?

Yes,I do have windows 7 ultimate installation media. While trying to clean install Windows 7,I was stuck at "Setup is Starting". And I don't even care about my photos, videos, documents, files, etc.I just need a operating system to work in it

    ok then.

Do you have an HDD RAID Array? If not, Reset your bios settings back to default factory settings and try the clean install again.
