So what's the computer version of the Surgeon General? WARNING: The Regulatory Department of Federal Government Regulation has determined that use of this product may have unpredictable results including unrecoverable fatal errors resulting in the complete loss of all user data and requiring the user to restore their computer by cleanly installing their previous operating system. Only certified professionals with the resources and ability to restore the previous operating system from scratch should even think about performing this upgrade.
Hey would have probably worked to a point. Assuming that anyone bothers to read that.

Thanks Mark, I also have read literally 100's of post of people with down systems now. I did what was required because I have been doing it for 30yrs and still crashed mine. Just wonder how many people will be going to linux base systems now that Microsoft wants desktops, etc,.. to work like cell phones now?
The fact that you keep claiming that Windows 10 "works like a cell phone," makes me think you're an anti-Microsoft troll.

People are here to help people who have issues, not listen to griping. If you don't like Windows 10, fine. Don't use it.

I hope that you were able to go back to Win7 and I'm sorry that you had issues with the upgrade.

No matter what I do I get the same message" windows failed to start, status:0xc00000f required device inaccessible".
    Hi jettman

What program\application did you use to create the 3 disk recovery?

    Reason I ask:
Usually, the resultant backups would be bootable, so that they can used to recover an unbootable pc such as yours. If any of your backup disks are indeed bootable, I would have thought that disk number 1 would be the most likely candidate...Although you might have to alter the boot order via the bios to access it.

So back to the question, what did you use to make the backups?

I booted using disk drive. It went back thru whole 3 disk setup then on restart same old same old. I guess something was not put back as far as drivers on roll back.

I'm confused now! Surely it should just be a case of booting from backup disk #1 and more-or-less selecting where you want the image to be stored. Am I missing something?
