You could always go here, http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/softw...load/windows10 and try the "Upgrade this PC Now" option? If you want to try upgrading anyway. Or download the correct ISO and upgrade with that. What version of Windows you upgrade from determines what version of 10 you get. What OS are you upgrading from?
Windows 7 right now
Yes but is it Home, Pro Ultimate, it makes a difference? Scroll down this page and you'll see a chart that tells you what version or 7 gets what version of 10. http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/windo...specifications If your going to download an ISO or create bootable media, you need to know what version of 10 to download. Use the wrong one and you'll get prompted to enter a key. There will be no skip option in this situation.
Windows 7 home thats it
Windows 7 Home gets you 10 Home. 10 Home is the ISO you want, if you decide to go that route. All depends on how bad you want the free upgrade I guess. I did the Upgrade This PC now option on my 4 PC's here at home. It sorts out what version to install automatically. And no having to make install media. It downloads what's needed and does the upgrade.
Yea it wont give me no options to install
when I click the windows 10 upgrade icon wont give me a install option
