What Video card model do you have ? In device manager right click the device and select scan for hardware changes. Also try rebooting, but not the newest NVIDIA drivers.
This case is on my laptop with gt 740m vcard.
It means that I should not install the latest nvidia driver but one step inferior ?

Clear up some confusion here, beginning of this thread we were first talking about a desktop, now in your last post here it is a laptop, because before this asking me about MSI motherboard and about drivers needed for Windows 10.

This laptop can provide correct drivers, but is it Windows 10, 8.1 and is Operating system 32bit or 64 bit ?

Sorry for the confusion - I updated my laptop to win 10 pro 64bit from win 7 ultimate 64bit.
I have manually uninstalled the nvidia drivers and components and now there is no driver at all which makes me confused how in control panel was one version and in the nvidia ontrol panel other version...

All other discussions earlier were all about a desktop.

O.K. why did you figure to uninstall them after the upgrade ? Windows 10 is going to install them for you, why it shows different, not sure, here is correct drivers. When you install them select Custom install and check the box just below items to be installed, called Perform a clean install, remove all older software drivers. Let me know how it works http://www.nvidia.com/download/drive...px/89127/en-us

I uninstalled them in order to see if there is a new driver installed during upgrade and old one left in system by accident. But now there is none of the versions.

I will install your suggested driver and let you know the results afterwards...

The new driver has been successfully installed and everything on the system runs fine. Also the driver information in windows control panel matches with the driver version in nvidias control panel.
On ASUS K56CB homepage, there are few updates for win 10 64bit and I am wondering if win 10 really updated every system chip automatically?I went through most devices in device manager by right clicking and updating drivers from online - most of them had already best drivers installed as the device manager suggested, but a few managed to fetch updates online eg. BT, MEI.

I only see a touchpad driver that looks like only one may want here, do not see any others like mentioned Intel Management Engine interface most likely will get updated by Windows 10 if it has not already, found in System in Device manager.

Now back to the original desktop :

When trying to install Win 10 64 VGA drivers from http://www.msi.com/support/mb/B85-G43.html#down-bios, the setup suggests that the system does not meet requirements and installation will not start..

Any ideas what might cause that message ?
