Black screen after 75% during upgrading to win10

    Hi,
I successfully upgraded 2 computers, but have problem with my notebook HP ProBook 4320s.
When upgrading reach 75% (100% installing drivers), black screen appears and I have to turn it off and on, then it restores to previous win7.
I upgraded all drivers and BIOS with no effect.
    Can anyone help me please?

How long did you wait after the screen went black, before you turned it off..?

Ok, I finally moved through that moment and currently it's on 97%, hope it will finish successfully.
I don't know what exactly worked but since last try I did this

    and this:
    1) Access this file location C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\Download and delete everything there. (Note delete only content found there and not the Download folder itself)

    2) Open CMD (command prompt) with run as administrator (admin privileges) and run this command: wuauclt.exe /updatenow
EDIT: also I unchecked, check for updates before installation
