Preview Booted Fine, Win7 Upgrade Boots w/ Quirks

Since Build 10041 I have ran the preview as a dual boot alongside Windows 7 Ultimate. The preview (and for the last week or so final build) start up rapidly, no problems. I waited to upgrade the 7 partition until after the activation servers weren't under an insanely heavy load. Upgrade went without a hitch I am now running Windows 10 Pro. BUT! It boots almost as slow as 7 does, not nearly as fast as the preview did on the same hardware (or as fast as my super weak hp pavilion e010us laptop) and I notice it still makes 7's startup tone before loading the Windows 10 logon screen. How can i repair/erase and rewrite the boot part of the hdd to drop the garbage from 7??

I just decided to wipe the drive (including my storage partition) and do a fresh install, the quirks have disappeared and all is flawless again (except for Nvidia's drivers, and if they don't fix them soon they are gonna lose a lot of customers )
