    Windows 10 Full Recovery Stuck at 2 %

    So I upgraded my Pc from Windows 7 to Windows 10 then i wanted to make a recovery because my Pc was full of Crap... It was loading and it went to about 30 % then it jumped back to 2 % and now it isnt loading any further.
    Help would be appreciated .

    You said full recovery, do you mean Clean Install where everything is deleted and you start with just the operating system?
