Does Burning to USB Drive Make it Unwriteable?
If I use Windows USB/DVD tool or Rufus to burn the Windows 10 ISO to my USB drive, would I be able to use the USB drive anymore, i.e. deleting files and putting other ones?

Gather you are talking about usb memory stick drives, not laser burning a disc.
Will still work, yes. Just reformat it.
"Burning" is a term that refers to writing data to a CD or DVD since, unless you use a re-writable disk, the disk is burned and can't be used again.
Not so with a USB thumb drive. It's re-writable so you can delete the files on there (or format) and re-use it for whatever you wish.
But mine did. It is now write-protected. How can I fix this?
