    Guys if this helps i had same errors until i got a E-mail from MS telling me my update was on the way or i could upgrade now with the media tool, did you get your e-mail yet ? might be why but not sure.

    I just rebooted it like usual, but now I'm getting crashes folowed by the automatic repair.

    Edit: it's now trying to fix disk errors, will take a while

    Windows 8.1 goes to load, and all I have is a blank a screen now.

    I seem to have majorly messed up my system somehow. Please advise
