    Help! Installation Error: Code C1900107

Using Windows Media Creation Tool 64 from here: Windows 10

Tried 4 times today to upgrade from Windows 7. The install gets to 30 something % and then crashes. Just says "something went wrong" but the update history says Error code C1900107

My PC computer is powerful enough to run Win10 and has enough disk space.

Any idea what Error code C1900107 means and how to solve it?

    Thank you

Just got the very same error this morning on my new laptop. After surfing through some fixes i found couple of fixes and this thread of yours.

People are saying not enough space in System reserved but the real culprit is the Corrupt files in Windows.~BT folder. Rename it or delete it.

Refer to this for steps > Fix Error Code C1900107 While Windows 10 installation | Fix Errors

I just rebooted and started the installation again and it started.

    Thank you.

Have gone off the idea of W10 and will stick with W7 for the time being.
