Using Microsoft Basic Display Adapter, doesn't support HDMI

    Hello,

Frustratingly, unless I use the Microsoft basic display adapter, I can't change my brightness. However, I can't use HDMI with this driver.

Has anyone else experienced this problem?

That means that Win10 has not installed the correct drivers for your video chip, so it has installed the generic drivers, instead.

You need to post here what video chip you are using -- AMD, Nvidia, etc.
