Graphic card stuck at clock speed 501-850 MHz
Hello,
I have an issue with my graphic card very recently. My graphic card is a Sapphire AMD Radeon R9 280 with a core clock speed ranging between 300 and 940 MHz. Normally when my computer is idle it is at 300 MHz and when im playing a game like the witcher 3 it is 940 MHz, thats how this graphic card always worked and I think this is how this graphic card should work normally.
The problem now is that when my computer is idle the core clock speed is stuck at 501 MHz and when I play a game it is stuck at 850 MHz, it just doesn't want to go any higher or lower. I uninstalled my graphic card drivers using the developers uninstaller and installed it again, which didnt worked, and after that I used DDU to uninstall the drivers and installed it again.
When I start my computer for the first time after the reinstall the core clock speeds work normally again between 300 and 940 MHz but as soon as I restart my computer it is stuck betweern 501 and 850 MHz again.
Also doesn't matter if my computer is idle or on performance, the memory clock speed is always 1250 MHz, which bothers me a lot and causes a higher temperature and fan on my GPU.
I am really clueless and I hope someone here can help me.
Many thanks!
