How do I increase my amount of dedicated video RAM?

I have a HP slimline desktop 260-p009. I tried going into the BIOS but couldn't find anything there. Not sure what to do. I have 128.0 MB of dedicated ram right now. Specs are:
    • Windows 10 Home 64
    • Intel® Core™ i3-6100T with Intel® HD Graphics 530 (3.2 GHz, 3 MB cache, 2 cores)
    • Intel® HD Graphics 530
    • 8 GB DDR4-2133 SDRAM (1 x 8 GB)
    • 1 TB 7200 rpm SATA

Hi, this may help to explain the situation with your video card which shares your main RAM with your CPU.
Can I adjust my shared video ram? - HP Support Forum - 266149

It would be better to ask this question further on HPs site, as the answer will also be specific to your laptop model and its BIOS, where in some cases there are settings for that (or used to be), as this is not really a Win 10 question.

You cannot change how your computer will use more memory for 3D rendering but you can change the maximum memory allocation your OS will use.
