GPU upgrade and Windows 10 activation

I'll be upgrading my graphics card in a few weeks to a Pascal GTX 1070 from my current card. I upgraded to Windows 10 last August and before I increase my budget in my efforts to get a reference style card, I need to know how well other people's systems have gone with the hardware changes and their Windows 10 install and if anyone has run into activation problems.

I recently changed an AMD Athlon X2 Dual-Core CPU to an AMD Athlon X3 Triple-Core CPU. No other hardware was changed and Win10 remained activated. A combination of parts being changed at the same time may cause an activation issue and require a phone call to Microsoft to resolve it.

I just upgraded my Video card from a GTX 660Ti to a GTX960 G1 card and no change in Win10 but, two days later I changed my Computer case and my Office 10 had to be activated again?

Activation is tied with motherboard only, no other change, even CPU or HDD affects it.
