Hi fotoladyvb and welcome to Ten Forums!

Where did you get the drivers from?

Laptops usually needs drivers from manufacturers, so try with Dell.

edit: sorry, this is desktop PC. Quick check on net shows, that most of them have Nvidia graphics. Can you check what card do you have?

You can download latest drivers from AMD, with automatic detection from their site, or from DELL site. Which drivers did you tried to load?

if my graphics card is not compatible with Windows 10, I don't think downloading new drivers will help the situation, also according to AMD. So do I need a new graphics card?

I don't think graphic card is a problem.
Try these drivers: from AMD you can choose Radeon or Crimson. Crimson is just new interface for accessing drivers settings.

If you already did that we will search for another solution.

Nope, Downloaded Crimson drivers. Only thing added was another potential gaming app. Still nothing in app store or originally installed apps in earlier Windows versions

I'm sorry, but I don't understand exactly what is a problem now. Driver installed OK, but no apps?

HD 7500 is compatible with Windows 10, it is just labeled as legacy. That means, that AMD will no longer develop newer drivers, but the one I linked works well enough.

Do you get drivers to work, like this display?
