    Tried this; It solved another issue I had, but not the main issue.

    When I do Windows+P, the only way I can see my desktop is by doing Second Screen Only, but now I can see it when I do PC Screen only. :)

    The monitor (which is kind of old) is a Samsung SyncMaster 204BW.

    It must be the port on the video card, or the cabling I think. Which ports are you using. I use the two DVI ports for two monitor hook up.

    And what port does the Samsung monitor have? I would think a dvi straight connection would make it work.

    Just read back and see. It must be the adapters that aren't working.
