Menu bar in folders flickers (goes black for 1 sec)

    Hello Windows 10 Community,

I have installed on my computer Windows 10 today. (Upgraded from Windows 7)

Everything seems to be fine ecxept the menu bar in folders.
When i open any folder or when i press the previous or next button on the top left corner, the menu bar goes black for 1 second(flickers) and then it normalizes.

It feels like the graphics in the folders bar are "buged".
I managed to take a fast screen-shot of that second when it gets black to make sure you guys understand my issue:

If you have further questions or need more information regarding my issue let me know.

    Thank you

Your System Specs have nothing filled in about the computer except that it's running Win10. A lot depends upon computer CPU speed, amount of RAM and the video adapter and memory on it or assigned to it. It must also be realized that anything on the monitor screen is dynamic, not static like a picture hanging on the wall. Dynamic means any thing seen is constantly changing, being redrawn, most times so fast one will not see it being done but again the hardware is quite important and could be involved in the 'blackouts'.

    I hope that helps:

PS: I have installed on this computer Windows 10 the first day it was realeased like 3 months ago and I didn't have this issue with the folders flickering.
I saw in MS forums that, some programs may cause the screen flickering if they dont work properly in windows 10, since this time I upgraded from Windows 7 I thought maybe the problem is some program but then again i have only a few, my pc is almost empty, tried to uninstall couple of them , still the same problem.
Not to mension that they were talking about full screen flickering, I have this issue only in folders menu bar, as you can see in the screen-shot.

These symptoms usually tell that your graphics card driver has been replaced by Microsoft Basic Display Adapter. Download latest driver and install it. If there is no Windows 10 driver, available, try that of 8 or 7.

I have AMD Graphics cards as you can see in the screen- shot. I tried/installed both drivers beta and non beta for Windows 10 from AMD website:
    Desktop

And still having this issue. By the way the full screen flickering is happening when I empty the trash bin.

Except for whole screen flicker other issue with menu bar changing black is first i have ever seen, yes most will feel was the video card or it's Software drivers. Not using any third party applications to change colors of windows or are you using basic themes ? Has been some issue with AMD drivers i have seen. Might want to try a clean boot to see how it reacts as far as these 2 issues. http://www.thewindowsclub.com/what-i...ate-in-windows

Your welcome, that choice is yours. If did not try any other mentioned options to test.
