Never mind, I prefer using latest WHQL (Windows Hardware Quality Lab) certified drivers, as long as I have no problems. Anyone else having a problem, you should also update the chipset drivers directly from Intel/AMD. The graphics controller depends on other system devices that are part of the chipset. So you should have both chipset and graphics drivers updated to eliminate all issues.

OldMike65 - Did what you suggested, the "rollback" but unfortunately its been happening with every release of software, very frustrating.

spapakons - You might have something there! It does only have cooling fins, no fan on it. But....

Everyone - I have since bought a new card, I gave up on this one, and it is functioning perfectly now!

I don't know if NVIDIA will allow me to return it, but I will contact them to see?! Or, maybe sell it at EBAY Auction as is?

In any case, I want to express my "Thanks" for the assistance from everyone!!
    Best,
    Mark

Maybe your card has overheating problem. When cool, everything is fine, but after some time when temperature rises you get problems. I would try to blow dust away and even remove the fan, clear any old thermal paste residues and apply fresh paste. This should fix the problem. If you cannot do that yourself, ask for a technician to do it.
