Geforce GTX 970M keeps giving me driver error 43

I'm not seeing any history in windows update of GeForce drivers being installed, but that could be the issue. However, now matter what order or how I uninstall/re-install drivers, I keep getting this error and GeForce Experience stops or won't start. Getting a little annoyed and not seeing too much info about this. This isn't SLI. Any help or info would be great.

    Hi

I had this problem with my GTX 970 but I had a second card installed (GTX 580). I assume that as you are using a laptop, you don't have another card installed but it may be caused by your on-board graphics - try disabling in BIOS.

Most laptops these days (at least in my experience) don't allow you to disable the onboard graphics, just saying. And in my case, Asus just went ahead and disabled it completely. Your SLI set up is an issue I've read about. Hope some updates get these things taken care of. Soon.

So the issue stopped, either magically on it's own or through a windows update. I don't know... Mark this as resolved?

OK. so the issue didn't stop. CCleaner automatically ticks NVIDIA Install files (the location is C:\NVIDIA)... Although it appears the folder and it's files are still there, it was deleting something in there or doing something, because ever since I unticked it, I don't have this problem.

God d(*& it, this issue is not solved. I constantly get a driver error on win 10 no matter what I do. This SUCKS. About to go back to 8.1. It was just fine

There appears to be a new beta driver available, have you tried this?

Nah bro... Last beta driver is from April. I have the latest and all the windows ten drivers. It always happens. Can't believe I'm the only one. Maybe my theme patcher?

Well that's not a beta driver and I know how to download updated drivers. But thanks for taking the time on this old thread of mine.
